We ship all Australian deliveries via Australia Post. Australia wide standard deliveries should be received within 2-8 business days of dispatch, express shipping is estimated at 1-4 days after dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with full tracking details. During busy sale or promotional periods, orders may take longer to dispatch due to the high volume of orders being processed. Please note that we will always endeavour to have all parcels dispatched within 72 business hours of order placement.

Australia Post will leave a card letting you know that there was an attempted delivery and that your package is now awaiting collection at an Australia Post branch. Occasionally, the calling cards may go missing or are misplaced so we recommend tracking your order online to follow its delivery progress.

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We are unable to accept any returns on earrings, underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, beauty tools & accessories, custom goods, wellness & personal care items.

We do not offer exchanges on items. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
